RATE-MATCH REQUESTS

Rate-match terms

October 14, 2026

These terms explain how Sosuite reviews rate-match requests. Submitting a request does not change an existing reservation or its price.

What qualifies?

A lower, publicly available and bookable rate for the same Sosuite property and room or apartment type, the same dates, number of guests and currency, with equivalent cancellation and payment terms.

Compare the complete stay total, including mandatory taxes and fees. A lower nightly headline price alone may not mean the stay costs less.

When should I send a request?

Send a request within 24 hours of booking directly with Sosuite, and before check-in. Include your reservation reference, stay dates and a link where the lower rate can be verified. Keep a screenshot showing the price, dates and cancellation terms in case the team needs it.

Which rates are excluded?

Rates that require a membership, private login, invitation, corporate or group agreement, loyalty points, a coupon or a package with other services do not qualify. Excluded rates also include unavailable rates, obvious pricing errors or offers for a different room, occupancy, date or cancellation policy.

How does the review work?

The team verifies that the competing offer is still bookable and that the stay and terms match. A request alone does not adjust or cancel your booking. An approved adjustment is confirmed by Sosuite in writing, with an updated reservation confirmation.

What happens while I wait?

Your original reservation, payment schedule and cancellation terms remain in effect. Do not cancel a reservation in anticipation of a match. If your cancellation deadline is approaching, contact the team directly.
