Center City

The Pomerantz Hotel

The Pomerantz Hotel by Sosuite brings modern hospitality to a historic, staffless 10-floor Center City property once home to A. Pomerantz & Co. Built in 1917 and fully renovated in 2026, the hotel blends original street-facing floor-to-ceiling windows with exposed brick, tan limewash accent walls, modern black finishes, and rain shower heads. Guests can enjoy a fully contactless stay with elevator access, a lobby, lounge, micro gym, vending machines, and two roof decks with unparalleled views of sunsets and iconic downtown skyscrapers.
