### Old City
Best for: History, Culture, Nightlife.
As you amble through Old City's cobblestone streets, you'll journey past sites like Independence Hall and the Liberty Bell. ### Queen Village
Best for: Food, Art, Nightlife, History.
Queen Village is where historic brick rowhomes meet laid-back South Street energy. Once Philadelphia's oldest residential district along the Delaware River, today it's a cozy maze of narrow, tree-lined streets, neighborhood restaurants, indie shops, and tucked-away parks, all wrapped in a warm, village-like feel south of Old City.
### Callowhill
Best for: Industrial Heritage, Arts, Music Venues.
Walking through Callowhill, also known as the "Loft District", the post-industrial landscape is evident with its converted warehouses and factories. ## Why book direct?
Direct guests can request complimentary early check-in, late checkout and room upgrades, subject to availability. You also get a free mid-stay clean on stays of three nights or more, plus a direct line to our 24/7 guest experience team by phone, text or WhatsApp.

## How does check-in work?
Complete a quick pre-check-in: photo ID, selfie, rental agreement, and a security deposit or damage waiver. Once verified, your guest portal will have your unit, door code, and WiFi.

## What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is 4 PM and checkout is 11 AM. Early check-in and late checkout are both $50+tax however these are both complimentary if you book direct, subject to availability.

## What's the cancellation policy?
It depends on the rate you book.
Flexible: full refund if you cancel at least five days before check-in.
Non-refundable: once booked, payment is final and the reservation is not eligible for a refund.
Long stays (30+ nights): cancel at least 14 days before check-in for a full refund. See our cancellation policy for late cancellations and changes. Always review the terms of your selected rate before booking.

## Are pets allowed?
Yes at most properties. The pet fee is $25 + tax per night for up to two pets, capped at $250 + tax per month. Service animals stay free. Check your selected suite’s pet policy before booking.

## Is there daily housekeeping?
No, we're a limited-service hotel. Mid-stay cleans can be added, and they're free for direct stays of three nights or more.
