## Booking on Sosuite

We have two rate policies for short term stay; stays less than 30 nights. Both are subject to full payment upon booking.

Standard - benefit from our flexible cancellation policy: you can cancel your booking and get a full refund up to 5 days before check-in. You may cancel any flexible reservation up to 24 hours after booking as long as you cancel at least 48-hours before your check-in.

Non-Refundable - once booked payment is final and the reservation is not eligible for a refund.

For stays of 30 nights or more, cancel at least 14 days before check-in for a full refund. Cancellation within 14 days of check-in is subject to a fee totaling the first 14 nights of your stay. Booking changes are subject to a $500 fee.

## Booking on other sites

When you book on another booking website, you will be subject to that website's cancellation policy. Be sure to check the booking website's cancellation policy before completing your booking, and reach out to the booking website directly if you have questions.
